Real-Time Monitoring

The dashboard provides information about what's happening in the company, in real-time, that is, when production is in progress. When selecting a "real-time" element, different synoptic panels can be displayed, each of which provides information at a glance from a different perspective.

For example, you can choose from a summary based on order or custom operators. For the operator, the program shows how many and how many pieces he made, how long and what the production phase was. The relationship between the two values is the same as the production yield, which allows us to immediately know if work is fast or, on the contrary, too slow.

Synoptic maps

In the "real-time" menu, you can select "synoptic maps" to display maps of the production department, for which there is a diagram of how resources are deployed. Simple and intuitive graphic symbols allow you to instantly know whether an employee is present or not in the company or when they are engaged in an activity. It is also possible to set parameters that alert the driver if the employee has not reported activity for too long.

Check prints

Control printing allows you to check the work of your employees and correct any irregularities. Like any other print or statistic, even the controller is highly parametric thanks to its filtering capability, which allows employees to be screened, and parameters to control how to limit the display to those who show a difference between presences and real-time, which is more than 15 minutes.

A convenient option allows the program to automatically send the created document to the selected mailbox at a preset time. This means that the manager can check the status of the previous day's work every morning without having to start Indaco or sitting in front of his computer.

The daily display

The daily display allows you to get a detailed view of each operator's activity on the basis of a selected day and provide the operator with a "daily record" perfect for checking the production status of a given department.

The following will appear:

the production orders the worker was working on;
the time required for each phase;
the type and quantity of the piece produced.

The program compensates for the physical hours worked to verify that the two data are compatible and, if not, report anomaly.

Statistics

Indaco can generate statistics for both current and completed activities, generate some standard and other reports that can be customized to the client on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the parameters you set, different aspects can be highlighted.

You can view statistics for each employee or company as a whole, processed products, crossed-out processing steps, good and discarded pieces, average hourly pieces.

he time division is very precise: the total time used to make the piece is divided into suspend, prepare, start, and process; the total time used to produce each piece of the resource is also available. CALCULATION OF FINAL DATA

The Indaco program also allows the operator to manually enter a list of completed activities (end times) at the end of the day without having to check production in real time. This service is designed specifically for:
