TomWork manages up to 710 individual protective equipment and tools of various types and sizes of items, such as accessories, stationery, equipment, first aid items and consumables.

A different element for each box

TomWork controls each box and allows you to dedicate the right space for each item, based on actual consumption (for example, if there are different sizes of gloves with different consumption), so emptying the level will be even and regular.

Identification

TomWork recognizes different types of identification systems (magnetic card, RFID, Mifare, Biometric reader), by which the user is recognized and driven by the machine to retrieve the objects for which it is activated.

Directly from TomWork you can reserve items that are not inside the distributor. The deposit manager receives the request e-mail and can authorize the reservation; the operator is notified of the availability of the reserved items and can collect them at the point of manual distribution, with his own identifier.

Registration and certification of the delivery of the personal protective equipment (PPE);
